Quotes

There are 2 reasons you would give a quote. 

I have spoke to the client and entered the information in InspectionPlus to follow up on. 

• In this case you will need to enter the information into InspectionPlus, using "Phone Script" 

• Once you have added the information and chosen the correct inspector, you can add a date and time and click the box "Hold" 

• This will now hold that date and time for that particular inspector. You can edit this at any time by removing the date and time, changing the inspector, or scheduling the appointment. 

I am entering an insurance lead, and holding a date and time.

• In this case you will select "Add Lead"

• Enter in all the information for the insurance lead.

• Choose the company as Cert-A-Roof and the inspector as "Quote Quote" 

• Select the date and time

• This will hold the spot on the calendar for this date and time, it will also show red on the calendar.
