On this tab you will apply all of the fees associated with this inspection order. You can also apply discounts where applicable. The fee amount will auto-calculate, but you have to click on the "calculated: $(amount)" button in order for it to add it to the final cost. You can also click "show fees" in order to see what factors were used to determine the price.

In this example, the Inspection Fee (based on age, square feet, and foundation type) is $430. Additionally, they added termite and septic inspections, which are each on separate lines. There is also a $20 discount applied for the buyer being in the military. The total fee is $559.50.
