On this tab you will be getting the address for the property, verifying the validity of the address, and mapping the inspector's drive time. Pay attention to all notes provided on each company's ISN.

Type in the address the caller provides you. A blue Check Address box will appear. Click on it to get a verified address. Addresses are verified through Google Maps.

Once you click Check Address, the full address and a map will appear. If everything looks correct, click the green box labeled Use Validated Address.

Note: If something does not match, read the address back to the caller to make sure you have the correct information. New construction homes may not have a verifiable address yet, so you will need to input the address, click Check Address, and if it comes up blank, skip clicking on Use Validated Address.
Once you click on Use Validated Address, the drive time and maps to and from the inspection will appear. If you didn't start the order from the calendar, the drive time is for the default inspector. If the drive time is too long, click on the Inspectors/Date & Time tab to change the inspector - CAUTION: Do Not Double Book the Inspector!

Next you will click on the View on Zillow button so you can verify the property information with the caller on the next tab.

If the property does not pull up on Zillow, try Redfin and/or Realtor.com.

Note: New constructions may not have a MLS # so they may not be verifiable. Additionally, properties that are for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) will not have a MLS # either. In these cases you will get the Builder's information on a new construction, and the seller's information on a FSBO. Input the property information the caller provides during the call and verify after you are done with the call.
