How do I access the calendar/find an inspector's availability?
Important: Each company's ISN will look a little different; including, but not limited to the number of time slots per day, the start times, and the number of inspectors.
To get to the calendar from the ISN dashboard:

1. Click Calendar in the dark blue menu bar at the top of the page,

3. Initially you will be asked which type of calendar you want to view - choose Scheduling Calendar.

This is an example of what your dashboard may look like. You have the option to change the view. Click on Calendars in the top menu bar, View Calendars, and then Scheduling Calendar (you will only do this once.)
This is a sample of an inspection calendar. The dark colored boxes are scheduled inspections. The light gray boxes are available time slots that do not have an inspection scheduled. Example - On this calendar, Joe Clark has two inspections scheduled on Tuesday, July 31st - the first at 8:30am and the second at 11am. His next available time slot is on Thursday, August 2nd at 11am.
**Always pay attention to what is noted in the dark colored boxes. For example, there is a note during Joe Clark's schedule times on Saturday, August 4th.**
