Dispositions are used to indicate the purpose or outcome of any type of interaction; including inbound calls, outbound calls, voicemails, and chat. Before you can Wrap Up, you must choose a Disposition. 

*Note - Dispositions change from time to time, so a list of dispositions and their specific meanings are not included in training. If at any time you have a question about the meaning of a disposition, ask your trainer.
