Scorpion is a Marketing platform that Certa uses. We will different emails from them. Please see below for examples of the different emails and how to handle them.
Scorpion Phone Call
This is a phone call that does not need to be added to the call backs. You will see the callers name at the top and the call back number under "Phone". Pay no attention to "Dialed Number".
Scorpion Call Request
These are also handled as call backs and should be entered on the DTM. Under "Details" you will find the persons name, phone number and any additional information. All info should be included on the call back form.
Scorpion New Lead
A new lead is someone who needs contacted to get a quote for service or schedule an appointment. These need to be entered under Quotes on the DTM. All information under Lead Information needs to be put on the notes within the DTM form. You can copy and paste.
Scorpion Appointment Request
This is an appointment request that comes in online. These need to be entered as a quote or Incomplete. Be sure to include all information from the email onto the DTM.
