Look for the cleaning BEFORE their arrival.
If it is not yet assigned to a cleaner -
Approve the extension
If it has been assigned -
Contact the Scheduling Coordinator to get approval before approving the alteration
If the extension is requested less than 48 hours before arrival -
Reach out via the "Alterations Thread" of WhatsApp to the person scheduled to clean to ask if they can accommodate the change.
Look for the cleaning AFTER their departure.
If it is not yet assigned to a cleaner -
Approve the extension
If it has been assigned -
Contact the Scheduling Coordinator to get approval before approving the alteration
If the extension is requested less than 48 hours before departure -
