If you are having trouble with the lock:
1. Verify that you are not trying to enter the property before your check-in time.
2. Verify that you are pressing each button hard enough to hear a beep.
3. After 5 failed attempts the lock will freeze for approximately 90 seconds before you can try again and you will be unable to enter a code during this time.
4. If you hear the lock mechanism working but the door still seems locked, try pulling the door slightly towards you and holding it while pressing the buttons. Sometimes during changes in weather the door can swell causing extra friction on the lock and this can help to free up the lock's movement. <>

If still having issues after following these instructions:
DID THE GUEST PAY?
Be sure they are checking in at the right time (lock will not activate until exactly the time set on remote lock)
Make sure they are pulling the door towards them
if wifi issues, use code "3355"
if emergency code for remote lock does not work give them the emergency code for lockbox (BE SURE TO TELL GUEST TO PUT KEY BACK INTO LOCKBOX AT DEPARTURE)
