When guests checkout early, it is beneficial for the in-home team to be notified they can get an early start. If a guest sends us the "Check Out" message prior to normal check out time. This can ONLY be done the day of checkout, so if they message the day or night prior, this will need to be done early in the morning
Process:
Go into Breezeway
Click on the reservation
Click the Checkout button (see image below)
All team assigned to tasks related to the checkout will be notified automatically
