ANSWER: We don’t know quite yet if we can accommodate an early check-in. It will depend on if other guests will be departing the home then. If you could send us a message a day or 2 before your arrival, we will be able to confirm if this is possible?
If there IS a same day departure...
ANSWER: Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate an earlier arrival this day as we do have other guests departing the home the day you arrive and our cleaning team will need all the available time to get the property ready.
If there IS NOT a same day departure...
ANSWER: It looks like we can accommodate an early check-in. We have two options: noon to 2pm is a $50 plus tax fee and 2pm to 4pm is no additional charge. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you.
If the Guest is asking for a 12pm checkout...
