Go to Guesty and access the Reservation in question.
Navigate to the Auto Messages section.
Locate the messages related to reviews (e.g., auto-review messages).
Disable or delete the specific auto messages for reviews.
Go to Guesty.
Access the Guest Information section for the relevant reservation.
Find the 7-day Auto Review setting.
Turn off or disable the 7-day Auto Review option.
This will stop both the automatic review messages and the 7-day review feature.
