You can set up a filter so that any email coming from a specific sender or domain automatically goes into the designated label/folder.
Here’s how for your example:
Go to Gmail → Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.
In the “From” field, enter the email address (e.g., accounting@company.com) or a domain (e.g., @company.com to catch all emails from that domain).
Click “Create filter”.
Check “Apply the label” and select your folder (e.g., Accounting or Admin).
Optional: Check “Also apply filter to matching conversations” to organize existing emails.
Click “Create filter”.
✅ Now all future emails from those senders will automatically go into that folder/label.
