Create a task in Breezeway for the appropriate property for a Guest Alteration Request to be sent or processed

• Details: 

  • Guest name, 

  • Check-in/out dates

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Reason for refund

• Assign: Today's date

• Assign: Communications supervisor

Step 2:

Determine how the reservation was booked and follow the site-specific steps below to provide the refund
