This workshop will explore the different approaches that a Primary & Secondary school in Blackpool have taken to develop their Resilience journey by delivering peer mentoring sessions and workshops with their peers across the School.

The workshop will incorporate a range of activities that the young people work on with their peers as well as insights from young people and HeadStart staff about the value to the school and the individual of being a peer mentor.

The workshop will explore the different approaches that both schools have taken and consider the learning journey that has informed the development of a peer mentoring offer for school resilience committees moving forward.
