The Resilience Revolution is a whole town approach. There is a role for everyone, including organisations who are committed to our definition of resilience ‘beating the odds whilst also changing the odds’.

ENABLE; Recruit and support young people and parents/carers farthest away from the job market into apprenticeships [link to apprenticeships]
LISTEN; have people with lived experience involved in your organisations development and delivery in an organised and embedded way
EMBED; learn about the resilience framework and put it into practice in your organisation. Think creatively about how you could use it for instance, when planning new projects or during supervision and appraisal [link to organisational development]
INVITE; our team in to speak to you and your staff about volunteering opportunities such as Friend for Life [link to Friend for Life]
SHARE; Spread the word of the revolution by talking to others about it. Display the Resilience Framework in your office. Like and share our messages on social media, recommend our training to others, wear a badge or t shirt, encourage others to make resilient moves etc. [Link to social media platforms]
