LEARN; Take time out to learn about the resilience framework by attending at least one free training or forum opportunity [link to training opportunities]
SHARE; Spread the word of the revolution by talking to friends and family about it. Like and share our messages on social media, recommend our training to others, wear a badge or t shirt, encourage others to make resilient moves etc….(contact us)
VOLUNTEER; your time to with the Resilience Revolution. We have a range of roles available including Friend for Life, Co-trainer, Peer Support, Youth Engagement and Resilience Champion [link to volunteer roles]

HOST; Host a Resilience Revolution Get Together in your community – we have a range of tools and a small budget to help you host [link]
ACT; Get involved in your community and become an odds changer, apply to become a parent governor of a school, join a Resilience Revolution parent and carer forum, if you’re 10-16, join a youth engagement group and become an active part of change [link]
CAMPAIGN; Get campaigning – what are you passionate about? What systems do you think need changing? Poverty? Access and Transport? The care system? Environmental issues? Join with others and campaign for change, together we are powerful
