Co-Production
Welcome to Blackpool's Resilience Revolution Co-Production Team
We are Blackpool Council’s Co-production Team and we are excited to share what we are currently able to offer, in the hope of working across Blackpool to continue to develop Blackpool’s approach to co-production.
You may recognise the team and our fundamentals from the HeadStart Blackpool Programme, and while the programme formally came to a close in July 2022, the Resilience Revolution lives on and the Co-production Team is still guided by those fundamentals. In particular, Co-production, Systems Change and having a Social Justice approach.
The co-production team is passionate about making sure everyone receives the support they need to be happy and live their 'best life'. This area of our work allows us to use our experience of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to shape the way Blackpool Council SEND services work.
Take a look at the Co-Production Process and findings from our recent Co-Production groups which explored the national Born into Care Agenda and how that looks in Blackpool.
