How do nations interact? What are their interests, goals, and challenges? What is a global citizen?
This elective will prepare students to understanding the role the United States plays in world affairs. Students will learn about how nations govern themselves and interact as a global community. Project based work, where students apply reasoning and problem-solving skills to analyze important foreign policy issues, is a critical component of assessing student progress during the course. Students will also be required to use information, media and technology effectively to complete class work and group projects.
