Movement

Artist Statement:

• This is for my project called, "Movement." For this picture I was out whale watching with my mom. I saw this boat and was like, "Ok, this is cool." So I took the picture. a little while later, we saw some Humpback whales and some Fin whales. I thought it would be pretty cool if the two photos I could make as one. I went to photoshop and merged two whales on the picture with the boat. After, I then printed it on a transparency sheet and to it to develope in the darkroom. After about a second exposure time, I let through the developer, stop, and then fix. Here is the final product.
