Hands

Artist Statement:

• I had my younger brother stand in front of the woods in our backyard. I purposefully had the sun peer through in the back to give a cool sun flare shining through the trees. It was coming to sundown and it gave a more calming look, made a calmer vibe, at least to me. I took about three or four of the same photos, some showed more of his hand, but I like this one because I really liked the glare shining in the back. After editing, this was the finished product.

Artist Statement:

• This particular photo was taken a bit ago, it was taken on a drive when I was with my step-mom. I chose to make it black and white because I felt that it made it look a bit serious in some ways. This was a "Hands" photography project, although this wasn't super soon, I still wanted it to be included on my page. I like this photo because I like how the entire image came out.
