Gelatin Prints

Artist Statement:

• These are four of my Gelatin prints. These prints were not made in any specific way, I just grabbed a few random things like bubble wrap, feathers, rubber bands, letters etc. To make these prints, we each had a slab of gelatin shaped in a square, then we laid out some ink on a small glass slab, which we laid out with a roller. After getting ink on my roller, I rolled it over the square gelatin slab. I then laid any random objects onto the gelatin in whatever order, after I grabbed a piece of paper and laid it flat over the objects, which after I pressed the paper down so the shape of the objects would then rub off on the paper, thus creating these gelatin prints.
