Welcome to the Family Science Page. My name is Elizabeth Wood and I am thrilled to be returning to Marshwood Middle School as the Family and Consumer Science teacher this year! I have been honored to be part of this amazing district since the 2018-2019 school year as a paraprofessional for 4 years (Ed Tech) before accepting the amazing position of FACS teacher. I attended the University of Maine in Orono and received my Bachelors in Psychology, with a minor in Child Development and Family Relations.

I have had the pleasure of working with every age group from 2 1/2 years old to 21 years old with many different skill levels, and I have to say that middle school and high school are my absolute favorites. I am so excited to explore a plethora of experiences with your students!
