Grade 7 - Piano Class

Piano Class is offered to Grade Seven students as a nine-week Allied Arts course.  It is open to all students and fulfills the required MMS Grade Seven Performing Art requirement.  Students are graded on their effort, participation, weekly performance, and assessments for notation reading.  All students perform a weekly recital, practice their reading daily on their individual keyboard, gain skills in music theory, original composition, and after meeting the prerequisites, are able to choose their own repertoire from all genres.
