About Mr. Taylor 

Hello band families!

My name is Matt Taylor and I am the Band Teacher at Marshwood Middle School. I am super excited to be the here and cannot wait to make music with your students. I am a graduate of the University of Maine with a degree in Music Education and a concentration in Percussion. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy playing gigs, reading, walking and being outside. 

In Band we will be working on developing instrument technique, music reading comprehension and playing in a group setting.
