HOW WE TEACH LEARNING FOR LIFE AT REDGATE
At Redgate we believe that Learning for Life ( Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) is an important and necessary part of pupils’ education and essential for their emotional wellbeing and growth. Learning for Life empowers pupils to take a proactive role in their own lives and the life of their community. The teaching of Learning for Life is split into three main areas, Relationships, Living in the Wider World and Health and Wellbeing. Our aim is to equip children with skills and knowledge to live healthy, safe, productive, capable, responsible and balanced lives and to prepare them for the next stage of their life.
