Turnitin Resubmission Process
On occasion, a similarity score may not show when a student submits an assignment. Faculty can resubmit the assignment to update the similarity score. Information and directions for resubmitting are available.
Turnitin Troubleshooting Tips
The message "AI writing detection unavailable" indicates that either the submitted file has been submitted before the AI writing detector was released, or the file does not meet our requirements to create an AI report.
