The 2026 Purdue Global Village Conference call for proposals is open!
In order to teach, all instructors are required to use Microsoft Office or Office for MAC. Additionally, web cameras and microphones or audio headsets (not supplied) are necessary to conduct seminars.
It is important that faculty are as equipped as possible to teach at Purdue Global. Thus, Microsoft Office software is available for order by any instructor at no cost to them. New faculty members are provided the instructions on ordering software once they have successfully completed New Faculty Orientation.
Existing Instructors can also order software at On the Hub.
For technical issues relating to software, including expiration, the On the Hub Support Team will be the best place to start for assistance of any kind. The Support Team can be reached via the "Help" tab at the top of the home or login page.
Starting June 22, 2026, Adobe Creative Cloud will be available to all Purdue Global faculty and staff through their Purdue Career Account.
Adobe Creative Cloud includes tools for creating and editing PDFs, graphics, presentations, videos, and other digital content. Applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Express can support a variety of teaching, communication, and administrative needs.
Whether you currently use Adobe Creative Cloud or are accessing it for the first time, you will sign in using your Purdue Career Account credentials.
To access Adobe Creative Cloud:
Go to Adobe.com and select Sign In
Enter your @purdue.edu email address and select Continue
Select Company or School Account when prompted
Complete the Purdue sign-in and MFA process
Your Adobe credentials are the same credentials you use for SuccessFactors.
If Adobe displays a "Trial" message or prompts you to purchase a subscription, you may not have a license or are not signed in correctly. Sign out of Adobe, clear your browser cache and any saved Adobe passwords, close your browser, and then sign in again using the steps above.
Adobe Creative Cloud access requires an assigned license. All Purdue Global faculty and staff are eligible for a license; however, licenses are not assigned automatically. If you are unable to access Adobe Creative Cloud after signing in with your Purdue Career Account, please submit a request to Purdue Global IT Support to request a license, including your full name, Purdue Global email address, and Purdue Career Account in the description section of the support request.
Please allow 3–5 business days for license requests to be processed. Once a license has been assigned, it may take an additional 2–4 hours before access becomes active.
For questions about Adobe access, licensing, or login issues, please contact Purdue IT at 765-494-4000 or via email at it@purdue.edu.
If Adobe Creative Cloud needs to be installed on your Purdue Global computer, continue to submit your request through the standard Kaplan IT support process.
