Rubric Data
The Rubric Data Report provides detailed information about how students are performing on specific aspects of their assignments and discussion boards.
The report includes the following information for each criterion on each grading rubric: Average Score, Standard Deviation, and Total Scores. To help identify trends over time, these data are presented separately for each term of each course. The data are organized by department and can be filtered as needed.
Course leads are strongly encouraged to review this report to identify where students are struggling and where scoring or student performance might be inconsistent.
Understanding the Rubric Data Report
The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), in collaboration with the Assessment and Research team, provides a workshop with guidance on how faculty and staff can use the Rubric Data Report. The workshop, CTL026 Rubric Data Report, is available to all faculty and staff on the CTL Workshop site.
You can also view the video how-to guide outside of the workshop here. Helpful links shared in the video are included below.

Please note that the report includes an immense amount of data. It may take up to 30 seconds to fully load the page and filters.
