follow a daily routine for learning
Locate yourself in a safe, comfortable, quiet space in your home that has been set aside for you
regularly read your emails and notifications to check for announcements and feedback from teachers
complete all tasks honestly and do your best work
do your best to meet timelines, commitments, and due dates
communicate with your teachers if you cannot meet deadlines or require additional support - we are all feeling the stress of working away from school. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
collaborate and support your classmates in their learning
comply with the College’s student use of digital devices and online services policy
dress appropriately for your online video lessons

Here are some tips for reducing or eliminating sore eyes from using your computer:
To reduce your risk of tiring your eyes from constantly focusing on your screen, look away from your computer at least every 20 minutes and gaze at a distant object (at least 20 feet away) for at least 20 seconds.
View the videos below to find out how to relieve eye strain by changing your screen to "night shift". This will change the white light of your laptops to a 'warm' light which is less intense for eyes.
