Geoblue Health Insurance

All students attending NYU Global Programs are automatically enrolled in GeoBlue Health Insurance at no additional cost.  The GeoBlue plan covers participants anywhere in the world except for students’ home countries, with a few exceptions. It provides 100% coverage for medically necessary care, with no deductibles or co-payments, up to a maximum of $100,000.00.  Dental care, eye exams, house calls, and some other items and services may not be covered by GeoBlue. Students must pay for medication out of pocket but can submit for reimbursement via an online claim form. To set up an appointment with a general practitioner, specialist, or clinic through GeoBlue, please see a staff member in the Office of Student Life.  The staff will help you arrange an appointment.
