The NYU Florence Digital Studio (FDS) serves as a campuswide hub for multimedia production, from social media to digital exhibitions. The FDS supports the innovative and considered use of technology for teaching and learning, providing a wide range of consultation and training services for faculty and staff.
Located on the third floor of Villa Ulivi, the Digital Studio offers faculty and students facilities for video post-production, photographic printing, scanning and audio-video recording. The Digital Studio can also be used as an instructional space for consultation, training, and technical services, hosting small workshops and class sessions that require access to specialized hardware.

The Digital Studio provides video coverage for a wide range of academic events on campus, including the Collection and Garden of Villa La Pietra. Visit the NYU Florence YouTube Channel for a full listing of available video productions.
Print and scanning facilities are available for students enrolled in photography courses. Please contact your instructor for further information.
