2 tbsp oil (olive is generally used)
1 Garlic Clove
300 ml Vegetable broth
1 green pepper
250 g tomatoes

150 g Long Grain Rice
Salt, Pepper,
½ tsp Red Paprika.
Directions: Get a frying pan.Cut meet into small one inch cubes. Pell the onion nd chop into small cubes. Heat the oil in the pan then throw the onion in and cook until fried. Then, put the meat in and fry. Peal the garlic, and cut up in very small pieces. Then throw the garlic in the frying pan with the onion and meat and fry until everything is cooked. Deglaze with the vegetable broth to reduce the heat. Cover the frying pan and let it simmer for 10 mintues. Then, you get a noodle pot or something like that. Meanwhile, cut the pepper in half, take the middle part and the seeds out, wash and cut the pepper into small pieces a little bit smaller than an inch. Cut tomatoes in half, peel them, then cut into very small cubes. After 10 minutes, put the mixture from the frying pan into the noodle pot with the pepper and tomatoes. After that, add the rice and redwine(optional). Put some salt, pepper, and all of the paprika in for taste. Simmer for 20 minutes (if the rice is not done, cook for more time) and then EAT.
