Pork Tenderloin w/Red Currant Sauce
Night before:
Rub pork with dry thyme and dry ground mustard
Next morning:
Add marinade
1/2cup cooking sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1tsp ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
Cook/Grill:
Grill slowly for 20-30 minutes
Sauce:
Prepare sauce on stove top - combine ingredients and heat on stove, stir with whisk until
jelly is dissolved.
1 - 10 oz jar of red currant jelly
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking sherry
