I think when I use salt I would use Ol bay seasonings. It would give it a better crab flavor!
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 egg yolks
Directions
Melt butter , add flour, stir until smooth.
Add milk and beaten egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Add
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 cup fine diced green pepper.
1/4 cup fince diced pimento
1/2 teaspoon worcershire sauce
drop of tabasco
2 tablespoons minced parsley
2 pounds jumbo lump crabmeat
Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs
Bake at 350 degress for 1/2 hour.
