Butter Cake
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 box of yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 softened stick of butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. of confectioners sugar
8 oz. of cream cheese
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 if using a glass pan).
2. Mix one egg in with the cake mix and butter into a moist dough.
3. Spread dough over slightly greased pan. Push it about an inch up on all sides.
4. Mix 3 eggs, cream cheese, and vanilla together.
5. Mix entire pound of sugar in gradually.
6. Pour mix onto dough.
7. Bake for 35-40 min.
