Pineapple Cake

Try #1 Recipe turned out great!! Very super easy recipe to make.

Try #2 I made it this time but also added pineapple chunks, but drained the chunks first. Still turned out delicious and just as good! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour

2 Cups Sugar

2 Eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 20 3/4 ounce crushed pineapple with juice

Directions

Mix well.

Bake in greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan @325 degrees for 40 -45 minutes

Until the center is golden and cooked.

While still warm, spread icing over it.

Icing

8 oz. softened cream cheese

1/2 stick butter

1 cup 10X sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Spread on warm cake.

Refrigerate

Best served cold
