Ingredients
3-5 lb Rump Roast
1 pkg. Goood Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
1 pkg. Au Jus Gravy Mix
1/2 cup Italian Seasoning
Pepper to taste
Mix dressing and gravy mix in 2 - 2 1/2 cups in water
Put Roast in Crock pot.
Pour liquid over and add Italian Seasoning
Stir
Cook on lowest setting for 12 hours
Shred beef and distribute through crock pot
Cook on lowest setting for another 12 hours
Serve on crusty rolls with horseradish
