Ingredients
1 stick of butter
1 pound slice mushrooms
1 medium onion sliced
4 tablespoons of flour
1 can quart Chicken broth
1 can small Campbell’s Beef broth
¼ cup chopped chives/green onions
drizzle Truffle oil right before serving
Directions
Sauté mushrooms in 3 Tablespoons of butter on medium, after mushrooms are somewhat done, add sliced onions. Turn down burner to medium-low. Sauté until tender.
Add rest of butter, and 4 tablespoons of flour to make a roué.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chicken broth and Beef broth.
Heat until thickened.
Garnish with chopped chives/green onions
