Adding Links to Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and more

This is another feature that is pretty high on my favorites list. When you think of linking materials, most people default to thinking about adding a link from a website by copying and pasting it to the Doc or Slide they're using. The feature I'm going to explain allows you to do that, but it isn't JUST with websites and it makes it so the whole URL isn't visible in the text (which makes it look more professional). This feature allows you to add links to other Google materials too. This takes away the hassle of having multiple tabs open or having to share all of the documents with others. Instead, you can add an agenda-like page with the links in them. It can also allow you to easily jump to other pages on Slides.

Adding links to different Google options are all very similar, the link option might just be in a different location. Throughout this page I will show how to link materials on a Doc and in Slides.
