Gmail has a much more efficient method to sending out multiple copies of the same email, this would come into play when emails must be sent out to individuals, but the same message needs to be sent. Instead of just copying and pasting the same email over and over again, then digging through your sent emails to find it when the time comes again, you can simply save the email as a template.
This will be especially helpful for beginning-of-the-year information, conferences, field trips, or IEP meetings.
The first step is to turn the template option on. To do this you will need to:
Go into settings in Gmail and select "See all settings"
Select "Advanced" settings
Enable Templates and be sure to select Save Changes
Saving the Template:
Compose the email.
Once the email is exactly how you want it, click on the three dots at the bottom right corner of your email.
From there, hover your mouse over "Templates", then "Save draft as template", and finally "Save as new template"
You will need to name the template - be sure it is something that will be easy to find!
Now your template is ready to be used.
To use the templates: go to the three dots again, hover over templates, select whichever template you want to use and it will be added to your email
