Dismissal begins at 2:15 PM for bus riders, and at 2:20 PM for students being picked up or attending Part 2. Hello BPMS Community!
The time in my life has arrived for another chapter. In June 2026, I will retire after 22 years of teaching (eighteen of those years were @ BPMS). Teaching was my 5th career and truly the MOST rewarding.
BPMS is an oh-so-special place and I won’t have to miss this place because I plan to volunteer: shelf books, kitchen help, ukulele playing, outdoor learning time, book fair, etc. that is, when I am not biking and hiking the Dolomites in the land of my grandparents’ birth - Italy or enjoying the Green Mountains with Joe and Trudie, our dear dog!
With peace,
Ms. Motta

NEWS FROM THE BPMS HEALTH OFFICE
Happy New Year from BPMS PIE! We hope you all had a wonderful holiday break!
Our annual Shopping Extravaganza was a success! A HUGE THANK YOU to all who coordinated and volunteered to make this an awesome event - Dee Quesnel, Britt Degree, Hilary Redman, Marie Johnson, Allison Purcell, Liz Smith, Mary-Rose Warner, Jenny O’Hora, Alex Rupert, Matt Steinke, Lindsay Lyman-Clarke and Helen Stoddard. Many thanks as well to all who donated items and wrapping supplies - this is truly a community-driven event and it means a lot to us and to the students that so many people are willing to contribute and help out.
It’s hard to believe, but we are already starting to look ahead to Wicked Fun Day! For those of you that are new to BPMS, Wicked Fun Day is an end-of-year celebration that PIE organizes each year. This is a BIG and incredibly fun afternoon full of snacks, games, bouncy houses, bottle rockets, a dunk tank, and more! It’s something students and the school community look forward to each year. As we start planning this year, we would love your ideas! Do you have ideas for fun activities, games, or snacks to offer? Is there something you would love to host to add to the celebration? Things you would want to see changed from past years? We are all ears! We want to continue to grow, innovate, and improve this event to be the best Wicked Fun Day ever! If you have ideas please share them by emailing chair@bpmspie.org.
