    • Grades

      • Assessment scores (especially if they are frequent, such as weekly comprehension checks)

        • You can work with other teachers to track this together if there are concerns in multiple settings - just be sure to note what class you are reporting/what assessment it is

    • Work completion (calculate a % of graded assignments turned in, number of missing assignments, or % of in-class work completed)

        • Can also be completed in collaboration with the student's other teachers

        • Recommended to calculate once a week

    • Discipline referrals: should already exist in records, continue to be documented using current system.

    • Attendance: available in eschool
