Directions:

1. Set a time to review completed study guide with student. Guide student to correct/complete sections needed.

2. Make a study plan with the student.

   1. Example: make flashcards for these vocab words and study 10 minutes a night

   2. Example: ask my parent to quiz me on information from this section of my notes

   3. Example: rewatch this selected video from the Schoology page and discuss it with my parent

3. Send an email or call the parent/guardian and let them know what study plan you agreed on with the student and send a copy of a completed study guide.

4. Check in with the student on their progress with the study plan as needed.

5. After the assessment, talk to the student about what was successful and what they could do differently next time (if anything).
