Marching Band Students and Parents,
It's that time of year - REGISTRATION is now officially open! This flier was sent home with students after Monday night's rehearsal and contains detailed instructions as well as specific contact points. Below is a quick summary of what to do to be officially cleared to participate in Marching Band.

ALL PAPERWORK AND FEES MUST BE SUBMITTED AND PROCESSED BEFORE 8/1/24 - DO NOT WAIT!
PHYSICAL EXAM
All students who have a physical exam dated 8/19/23 or before are required to get an updated physical exam with their doctor.
PLEASE CLICK HERE for the paperwork you should bring to your doctor's office for the exam.Â
Do not hesitate to schedule this - approval takes time, and things can go wrong! If you are not fully cleared by 8/19/24 (start of Band Camp), you will not be able to participate until you are cleared.
Completed exams can be emailed to hsphysicals@krsd.us or dropped off in the high school dropbox across from the North Main entrance (Rising 8th graders send to msphysicals@krsd.us or MS drop box)
If you are in the handful of students who had your most recent physical after 8/19/23, you will need to complete a Health History Update form.
GENESIS REGISTRATION
This will only take a few minutes and must be completed through the PARENT Genesis account. Instructions can be found on the flier that was sent home with students.
ACTIVITY FEE
This fee is $100 per student and can be paid through MySchoolBucks after Genesis registration, or through check which can be dropped off in the aforementioned dropbox. Students who receive free/reduced lunch are not subject to this fee.
MEMBERSHIP CONTRACTS
These are exclusively for our purposes and are due TOMORROW! The contract can be found here.
