Marching Band Members and Parents,
Thank you all for an incredible kickoff to our school year and competitive season! The Preview Show could not have gone any better and the promise for this season was displayed on full blast. Let's keep this momentum moving forward - keep your successes close to you and learn from the failures. This weekend at Clearview will be our first performance of the show not in our own stadium - we are the only band in our division, so our competition will be in the mirror. It takes all of us.

This Week's Schedule
Tuesday - after school rehearsal, 6 PM pickup
Thursday - after school rehearsal, 5:30 PM pickup (Middle School Back to School Night begins at 6:30)
Friday - Away Game at Delsea/Sectional Rehearsals
GUARD: rehearsal 3-6
FRONT ENSEMBLE: rehearsal 3-5:30
Hornline/Battery
After school - eat/break (Wawa runs permitted, 2 TO A CAR. Eating in cafeteria ONLY.)
3:45 PM - sectional rehearsal (Hornline: theater; Battery: Percussion Ensemble, North Gym)
4:45 PM - dress in uniform
5:15 PM - load buses
5:45 PM - depart Kingsway
6:20 PM - arrive at Delsea/unload/take seats
7:00 PM - game begins
9:45 PM~ - game ends/load buses/depart
10:30 PM - arrive at Kingsway/unload/dismissal
Saturday - Clearview Competition

9:00 AM - Rehearsal (30 min snack break at 11)
2:00 PM - EPL (eat/pack/load trucks) - bring food, dress in halves
4:00 PM - busses arrive/load
4:10 PM - in seats
4:25 PM - Depart Kingsway
4:50 PM~ - Arrive at Clearview HS (bathrooms/unload/move)
5:30 PM - sectional warmups
7:00 PM - move to gate
7:15 PM - Gate
7:30 PM - DREADNOUGHTUS // FEARS NOTHING
7:45 PM - watch Clearview (in uniform)
8:15 PM - Awards
8:30 PM~ - return to buses/load/change/band meeting
9:30 PM~ - Depart Clearview
9:55 PM~ - arrive at Kingsway
10:15 PM~ - Dismissal after unloaded/uniforms inspected
Reminders
Dragon Run Registration Open: Click Here - The deadline to register and get a shirt is THIS WEDENSDAY! Registration (for the walk OR run) gets you a shirt, which is our uniform for the morning. All funds directly benefit the Nathaniel Boerlin Memorial Scholarship which is given to two band seniors at the end of each school year. If you need assistance with the cost of registration, please reach out to me.
Thanksgiving Parade Payment Past Due - As discussed at our August parent meeting, payment for the Thanksgiving trip was due to the boosters on 9/10 (this Tues). If you need extra time, please communicate this to the Band Boosters via email at kingswaybandboosters@gmail.com.
