*Thursday - 8th Grade Parents - pick-up at 5:30 due to MS Back to School Night
Friday: Home Game vs. Eastern Regional - 6pm Kick-off
Senior Night - Senior Parents report at 5pm to track area near concession stand
*We perform pre-game at 5:50 and halftime at 7:00*
Saturday: Competition at Shawnee HS - 6:00pm Performance!

3:45 - Dress into uniform - Seniors dressed first
4:15 - Senior Headshot Pictures in front of school
4:30 - Sectionals - Pit pushes to stadium at 4:45
*Seniors Walk to Stadium to join their parents at 5:00*
*Senior Parents report to Stadium at 5pm*
5:00 - Band Lines-up!
5:10 - Band Departs for Stadium
5:15 - Band in Stadium for Senior Walkout
5:30 - Senior Walk Out Begins - Band is First!
5:45 - lined up for Pre-Game Show
5:50 - Pre-Game Show
6:00 - Kick Off

8:45 - return to band room/uniform checks

2:30 - 3:30 - Travel to Shawnee
3:30 - 4:00 - Bathrooms/Dress/Unload

4:10 - 5:10 - Sectional Warm-ups
5:10 - 5:25 - Full Ensemble
5:25 - Pit moves to Gate
5:30 - Band/Guard moves to Gate
5:45 - Gate Time
6:00 - Perform
6:30 - Return to Buses to Dress

7:00 - Return to stadium for concessions - bring $$
8:15 - Shawnee Performs
8:30 - Awards Ceremony
9:00 - Return to Buses
9:30 - Buses Depart for Kingsway
10:30 - Arrive/Unload/Uniform Checks

11:30 - Parent Pick-up
*we will have a short meeting with the band following each competition to share judge feedback from the performance and discuss next's week's plans.
