REPORT AT 5PM - GAME BEGINS AT 6PM - IN STADIUM!

PARENT PICK-UP: 8:15PM

Friday: Away Game at Clearview HS - 7pm Kick-off

Full Band is attending!

*We will not perform our show at the game*

Parent Pick-up: 10:15PM

Saturday: Competition at Marple Newtown HS - 6:45pm Performance!

2:30-3:45 - Free Time - Eat and Relax - wawa permitted

3:45-5:15 - Sectionals

5:15 - Dress - Full Uniform/Drum Line & Large Cases on Truck!

6:00 - Buses Arrive/In Seats (4 buses)

6:10 - Depart

6:30 - Arrive at Clearview

6:30 Band Moves Into Stadium

7:00 - Kick Off

9:30 - Load Buses

9:40 - Depart

10:00 - Unload/Uniform Checks

10:15 - Parent Pick-up

1:00 - Pizza Lunch provided in cafeteria

1:00-2:45 - Eat/Dress in Halves/Polish Equipment/Guard make-up time

*no wawa runs permitted*

2:45 - Buses Arrive/Load (4)

3:15 - In Seats

3:30 - Travel to Marple Newtown

4:15 - 4:45 - Bathrooms/Dress/Unload

*Pit Crew reports to truck at 4:15*

4:45 - 5:45 - Sectional Warm-ups

5:50 - 6:10 - Full Ensemble

6:15 - Pit moves to Gate

6:20 - Band/Guard moves to Gate

6:30 - Gate Time

6:45 - Perform

7:15 - Return to Buses to Dress/Load Equipment

*Pit Crew Loads Truck*

7:45 - Return to stadium for concessions - bring $$

8:15 - Marple Newtown Performs

8:45 - Awards Ceremony

9:15 - Return to Buses

9:45 - Buses Depart for Kingsway

10:30 - Arrive/Unload/Uniform Checks

*Pit Crew Help Needed*

11:15 - Parent Pick-up

*we will have a short meeting with the band following each competition to share judge feedback from the performance and discuss next's week's plans.
