Pit & Color Guard - not attending - parent pick-up 3:30pm!
Students attending game: Parent Pick-up: 10:00 PM
Saturday: CAVALCADE CHAMPIONSHIPS - HERSHEYPARK STADIUM
Students Report at 9:00am
Parent Show - Final Run - 12:30pm
*Tailgate send off to follow Final Run*

Friday - Rehearsal Day & Football Playoffs:

8:15 - Band Room Open
*bring snack for afternoon & $ for concessions at game
9:00 - Light Breakfast provided for Band Members
9:45 - Band moves outside for rehearsal (weather permitting)
10:00 - 2:00 - Rehearsal
*bring snack for afternoon break*
*Following Rehearsal: Pit loads truck for Saturday's rehearsal*
*if raining, equipment may stay in band room
2:30-3:30 - Pizza Provided in Cafeteria
3:30 - Load Buses (3)
3:30 - Pit & Color Guard Dismissed
4-5:30 - Band Travels to Toms River North HS
5:30 - Move into Stadium
6:00 - Kick Off
**3rd Quarter Off for Concessions
8:45 - return to buses/depart
10:00 - Parent Pick-up

1:00-2:30 - Eat/Uniform Checks/Guard make-up time
*no wawa runs permitted*
2:30 - Buses Arrive/Load - 2 charter buses!
2:45 - In Seats
3:00-5:15 - Travel to Hersheypark Stadium!
5:20-6:30 - Eat/Bathrooms/Dress/Unload
*Pit Crew reports to truck at 5:45*
6:30-7:30 - Sectional Warm-ups
7:40-8:10 - Full Ensemble
8:15- Pit Loads Trailer
8:20 - Pit moves to Gate
8:30 - Band/Guard moves to Gate
8:45 - Gate Time
9:00 - Perform!

10:15 Awards
10:45 - Return to buses/dress
