Marching Band Members and Parents,
Walking into MetLife was an absolutely unforgettable experience - the story of this performance will live on for ages and I'm so proud the band represented at the highest level on the biggest stage. Always remember - get the job done right, take accountability, and lead by example. Working as a TEAM leads to successful shows! Regardless of scores/placements, this band as a whole is performing at the highest level seen in recent years. We can only control OUR OWN actions, never let a score or placement determine your memory of the show. The numbers simply make it easier to share your achievements with others and track your progress over time.
Coming up this week is one of Kingsway's strongest traditions - it's homecoming week! Let's set a great tone for the week, which will lead to an incredibly fun Friday.

Tuesday - after school rehearsal, pickup 6:00 PM
Thursday - after school rehearsal, pickup 6:00 PM
Friday - HOMECOMING GAME vs Washington Township
End of school day - Homecoming Pep Rally (high schoolers only, details TBA)
Dress: Class Colors
After school - eat/break (Wawa runs permitted, 2 TO A CAR. Eating in cafeteria ONLY.)
3:45 PM - sectionals (FE push to stadium)
4:15 PM - dress
5:05 PM - march to stadium
5:45 PM - Pregame Show/tunnel
6:00 PM - Kickoff!
6:45 PM (est.) - HALFTIME PERFORMANCE! (Homecoming Court afterwards, meet and greet with TWP Band)
9:00 PM (est.) - Game ends/return to band room
9:30 PM (est.) - Dismissal after uniforms inspected
Saturday - OFF, Homecoming Dance: mass improvised choreography to various songs

The Counsellor Family will be graciously hosting anyone who would like to attend for Homecoming pictures. Please let Soph know if you plan on attending!
