Public input- on specific agenda items and those items not on the agenda – Any person of the

public desiring to speak shall be allowed to speak during public comment time and has the option of speaking once on any agenda item when it is being discussed. Speaking time shall generally be limited to three minutes, unless a longer period is permitted by the Board President. Agenda speakers will be limited to five minutes.

05.b -- Action - Approval of Individual School Safety Plans for the following Academies: King-Chavez Community Academy, King-Chavez Academy of Excellence and King-Chavez Community High School 

05.c - Information - Board Member, Joe Arnold, has moved and will no longer be on the board

6 - Information / Action  – CAO update verbal report including financials, budget to actuals, compliance and fiscal forecast.  Presented by Laura May. 

06.a - Action -  Approval of Revised Budgets for the 2025-2026 School Year for the following Academies: King-Chavez Community Academy,  King-Chavez Academy of Excellence, King-Chavez Community High School 

06.b - Action -Approval of First Interim Financial Reports for the following Academies: King-Chavez Community Academy,  King-Chavez Academy of Excellence, King-Chavez Community High School
